About The Grooming Cartel

At The Grooming Cartel, we provide a premium mobile dog grooming and wash service that comes straight to your door—making the experience enjoyable, stress-free, and rewarding for both you and your furry companion.

Our groomers are highly trained through professional grooming salons and are also devoted pet owners. We bring compassion, care, and style to every session. From breed-specific cuts to stylish trims, you can trust that your pooch will always receive the royal treatment.

Your Pooch’s Health and Welfare

Your dog’s health and welfare is our top priority at all stages of the grooming process.

• If we believe your dog is experiencing fear or stress, we will employ alternative strategies to help them feel more comfortable. In some cases, this may require extra time or additional sessions.
• During grooming, pre-existing conditions may be noticed. We will inform you of anything observed, but you are responsible for following up with your veterinarian.
• In the unlikely event of an accident or emergency, if you’re present or  contatable, you authorise us to seek immediate veterinary care for your dog.

Customer Details

We respect your privacy. Any details you provide are kept in strict confidence and used only to ensure the safe grooming and care of your dog. 

Aggressive or Poorly Socialised Dogs

• We reserve the right to refuse to groom any dog if we believe it may cause injury to itself, our staff, or others.
• If aggression or behavioural issues arise during grooming that were not disclosed beforehand, the session will be stopped immediately and the full fee will still apply.
• You must inform us of any history of aggression or biting. Under the Domestic Animals Act 1994, owners are liable for bites or injuries caused by their dogs.

Pricing & Payments

All grooming sessions are to be paid for either pre-paid via our online portal or in person using cash or EFTPOS (card surcharges apply). We do not offer a credit or account facility.

Quoted prices assume the following:

1. Your dog’s coat is well maintained and free from knots, matts, and tangles.
2. Your dog is well behaved, non-aggressive, and groomed at our recommended intervals.
3. Your dog is not overweight or oversized for its breed.
4. Online bookings are made with accurate weight selection for your dog.

Additional charges will apply for:

• Nervous or timid dogs that require extra time and handling.
• Matted or poorly maintained coats.

• Dogs with fleas.

Any incurred charges must be paid prior to collection.
